Hi, I’m Kristina
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change, or unsure how to support themselves or their loved ones.
My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and safe enough to explore what has been troubling you.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Together, we work toward helping you better understand yourself, build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I support children, teens, adults, and familities.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
I always tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client.
